Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will wrap your goods in accordance with our exact and precise specifications. Before shipping, all goods will be thoroughly examined and secured. The warehouses are located situated in Europe as much as they are in the USA.
Orders that include more than 1 item are given processing time for each item.
Before shipping, we will examine the items ordered thoroughly. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48-hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. The stock can change at any moment. It is possible that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
The item should not be in use and must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
